What a little cutie Charlie is. He was great to photograph and was very animated. Being extremely cute doesn't hurt a photograph either. I believe he and his mother may have been laughing at my failed attempt to get the Thomas the Train song correct.
This turned out to be a very fun engagement shoot. They were very comfortable with the camera and with eachother which made my job a pleasure. We went to Independence park and Mt. Hope farms to capture these moments. There was even some fun behind the scenes stuff that I wont go in to detail about. lets just say they are fun....
Len asked me to photograph a female reference for an up and coming project he might have for the VC opera.. I chose Nicki for her classical beauty and her beautiful big eyes. we were playing with lighting so these are a bit different aesthetically than what i usually shoot. Makeup & photos by me Enjoy
Today I did a make-over on Alana who was on her way to a wedding. Alana allowed me to style her and do her makeup and hair. I think she came out lovely and feel that she will be excited when she sees these images. So here they are hair, makeup, photography by myself.
I shot an amazingly fun wedding in the Cape for Heather and Steve. It was a non traditional quiet ceremony on the beach. After photographs on the beach Steve & Heather traveled via motorcycle to the Lighthouse Inn where guests awaited them (in a playground shaped as a ship) blowing bubbles. Following this was a tasty dinner and a very fun reception with dancing, live music and cow bell. I beleive it fell on international speak like a pirate day hence some skulls, crossbones and eyepatches. Arrrggghh! It was beautiful, witty, campy but tasteful.. Everything a wedding should be. A special thanks for allowing me to be part of your special day. Cheers!
